"I hired the Josh Kemp Jazz band to play through the start of my wedding reception. They arrived on time, looked the part, played incredibly well and left discretely so as not to interrupt the event. Guests were very complimentary of the performance - they sounded amazing! Would definitely recommend this band to anyone for any event!"

"Raquels Bells were great. They stepped in to replace our jazz duo at the last minute due to illness, dealing with them was very easy and efficient in the lead up and on the day. Everyone at the wedding said how great they sounded - fitting in very much with the vibe while we had canapés and drinks. Would highly recommend. "

FAQs about hiring Jazz Duos in Luton
Take the stress out of hiring musicians with Encore
Can any jazz duo play my favourite song?
Professional jazz duos will often take requests, but you will need to give them plenty of notice. Please also keep in mind that jazz duos may ask for an small additional fee to prepare songs that aren't already on their song list. You can view the jazz duo's song list on their Encore profile.
How much time do jazz duos take to set up?
Your jazz duo will usually arrive about an hour or so before their performance begins to set up and get settled before they start playing. To avoid any delays, make sure the performance space is ready for the jazz duo prior to their arrival.
My venue has asked for the performer’s PLI & PAT inspection certificates. What are these?
PLI stands for Public Liability Insurance. This insurance covers damage to another person or their property (it is also known as third party insurance). As many of our jazz duos are members of the Musician's Union, they are already covered by PLI up to £10 million. PAT stands for portable appliance testing. Most of our jazz duos will already have a PAT inspection certificate for their musical equipment/PA system, which they can provide to your venue if they need it.
