Dani Gonzalez

Raised in a musicians’ family in Canary Islands (Spain), Dani Gonzalez was born in November 1995 in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, the son of a country keyboard and guitar player father and a singer and guitar player mother. In his early years, he was influenced by country, rock n’ roll and pop music and started to learn guitar and piano at home. In 2015, he entered the High Conservatory of Music of Canarias (Spain) where he studied classical and modern music theory and jazz guitar. After having started his career as a professional musician in Spain, Dani has been performing with bands of many kinds as a singer and guitarist, as well as composing his own songs. Always curious about every kind of music, he has learnt from different styles of music, which are reflected in his way of composing and playing. In 2017, he released his first single called “Intuition”, which would be the starting point of his project Dani Gonzalez and The World Citizen Festival.
