Laura was absolutely perfect for our day, very accomodating, and extremely professional. The scoring for our wedding day was beautiful, and she stirred the majority of the congregation to tears with her rendition of Moon River (and the bride had yet to enter at this point). I would 100% recommend Laura for anyone who wishes to enhance their special day.

A beautiful person and musician. Laura’s musical ability is divine. She has a traditional and also surprisingly different repertoire. My wedding was elevated by her talent and harp music. I am so glad I found her for my big day. My guests are still talking about the beautiful and atmospheric harp music. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

We were delighted to meet Laura at the Chelsea Registry open day; our ceremony was to be in the Brydon Room there and we immediately felt she would complement our wedding ceremony perfectly. Laura's communication through the booking process was efficient and her contribution with her music on the day made for a perfect ceremony, thank you Laura. Chris & Monique

Customer questions

What do your clients love most about your performances?

My clients love the personal details I add to each performance. They are completely tailored to their taste and event, not only in music choices but other fine details such as dress color coordination!

Which venues have you performed at in the past?

I have performed in numerous venues in the UK and abroad including: - The Cadogan Hotel - The Ritz - Eltham Palace - Sofitel St James - Lanes of London - Chelsea Old Town Hall - Gran Teatre del Liceu, Barcelona - The Cadogan Hall - Teatro Real, Madrid

Which artists have you been most influenced by?

I love a wide variety of music and is hard to pick only a few. I think that's what make me most versatile, I can be listening to classical one second, followed by heavy metal, followed by the latest pop hit.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

I always try to be flexible so if the times change get in touch with me with the new timings and I can adjust where possible.

How much time do you need to set up?

I usually arrive about 1h before the event starts to set up, get ready and talk to the event organizer/registrar if needed.

Is the transport of your harp included in your quote?

Yes, travel is included in the quote.

Do you need any equipment provided to play outdoors?

To play outdoors I will need a shaded area or cover from the weather to protect the instrument. This can always be discussed with the venue's management for best placement. The harp is acoustic and it tends to be loud enough. My harp has a pick-up installed inside, so if it is a big wedding, I can provide amplification.

Can I pick the pieces you play from the set list?

Yes! For the wedding ceremony you can hand pick each song but for longer sets I recommend you choose your top songs and I will craft a playlist that suits your style.

Can you learn specific pieces before the event?

I do learn specific pieces for most of my events so that you can have your dream music playing on your special day. I can arrange and learn almost any song!
